Garment Care & Washing Instructions

To maintain fabric integrity, color vibrancy, and structural fit, please follow these standardized care guidelines:

• Machine Wash Cold: Wash inside out on a gentle cycle with like colors using cold water (30°C) to prevent fiber breakdown and shrinkage.
• Do Not Bleach: Avoid chlorine or oxygen-based bleaching agents, as they degrade natural and synthetic fibers and cause discoloration.
• Line Dry / Hang to Dry: Reshape garment while damp and line dry in the shade. Avoid direct, harsh sunlight to prevent fading.
• Steam Ironing: If necessary, use a steam iron on the reverse side at a low temperature setting. Avoid applying direct heat plates over prints, labels, or embellishments.
• Professional Dry Clean (Best Choice): For structured pieces, delicate blends, or optimal longevity, professional dry cleaning is the recommended best choice.

للحفاظ على جودة القماش وثبات الألوان وشكل القطعة، يُرجى اتباع إرشادات العناية التالية:

• الغسيل بماء بارد: تُغسل القطعة على الوجه المقلوب على دورة هادئة مع الألوان المشابهة وبماء بارد (٣٠ درجة) لتجنّب تلف الألياف والانكماش.
• ممنوع المُبيِّض: تجنّب المُبيِّضات بالكلور أو بالأكسجين لأنها تُتلف الألياف الطبيعية والصناعية وتسبب تغيّر اللون.
• التجفيف على الحبل: أعِد تشكيل القطعة وهي مبلولة وانشرها في الظل، وتجنّب أشعة الشمس المباشرة حتى لا يبهت اللون.
• الكي بالبخار: عند الحاجة، استخدم مكواة بخار على الوجه المقلوب وبدرجة حرارة منخفضة، وتجنّب وضع المكواة مباشرة على الطباعة أو الليبل أو التطريز.
• التنظيف الجاف (الاختيار الأفضل): للقطع ذات القَصّات المحددة أو الأقمشة الحساسة أو للحفاظ عليها لأطول فترة، يُنصح بالتنظيف الجاف (دراي كلين).

1. No “open-on-door” orders

For the safety of both parties, orders cannot be opened or inspected at the door during delivery. Once you receive your package, it is considered delivered and accepted as is.

2. 14-day exchange or return

All items are eligible for exchange or return within 14 days after receiving the order, as long as they are still in their original state (unused, with all tags, in the original packaging), with proof of purchase (order number or confirmation).

3. Exchange & return fees

The customer pays the exchange or return fees, calculated as the initial delivery fees + 20 EGP.

4. Worn or used items

50 EGP is deducted only if the item was worn or used (to cover dry cleaning and refurbishment).

5. Refunds

Refunds are sent by Instapay or mobile wallet within 7 days after we receive and inspect the item.

6. Defective or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, tell us within 2 days of receiving your order and we will fix it at no extra cost to you.
