Exchange & Refunds
1. No “open-on-door” orders allowed
For the safety of both parties, orders cannot be opened or inspected at the door during delivery. Once you receive your package, it is considered delivered and accepted as is.
2. 14-Day Return / Exchange Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
3. Conditions for Return / Exchange
• The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, and in the original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.).
• Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage beyond their original condition are not eligible for full refund without deductions (see section 5 below).
4. Costs & Deductions
• The customer is responsible for all return shipment costs, both sending back the item and any redelivery if exchanging.
• A 50 EGP fee will be deducted to cover dry cleaning, refurbishment, and restocking, if the returned item shows signs of wear or has been used.
• If you return the item in perfect, original condition and packaging (unused, tags intact, unopened), the 50 EGP fee will be refunded to you.
5. How We Process Returns / Exchanges
1. Contact us within the 14-day window to request a return or exchange (email: [your contact email]).
2. We’ll review your request and, if accepted, provide you with return instructions.
3. After we receive your return and inspect it:
• If it meets the “original/unused” criteria, we’ll refund the purchase amount (minus your return shipping cost) and refund the 50 EGP cleaning fee.
• If it is used/damaged, we’ll deduct the 50 EGP cleaning/restocking fee before issuing your refund.
4. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or card issuer a few days to process the refund.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, notify us immediately upon receipt (within 2 days). We will work to correct the issue at no extra cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Personalized, custom-made, or special-order items cannot be returned unless there is a quality or description issue.
